Warranty Coverage

Al Noor International offers a 2-year limited warranty on all our surgical instruments, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

The warranty covers:

• Malfunctions under normal and intended use.
• Any instrument that fails to perform its intended function due to manufacturing faults.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by improper use, neglect, or unauthorized alterations.
• Instruments damaged by misuse, abuse, or accidents.
• Corrosion or discoloration due to improper care or exposure to harsh chemicals.
• Products repaired or modified by anyone other than Al Noor International or its authorized service agents.

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

2. Return Authorization: Once your claim is reviewed, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with instructions on how to return the defective item.
3. Return Shipping: Ship the defective product to our facility, clearly marking the RAN on the packaging. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise instructed.
4. Replacement/Repair: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to determine the cause of the issue. If the defect is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the product at no charge. If the defect is not covered, we will notify you of any repair costs before proceeding.

Important Information

• Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period.
• Al Noor International reserves the right to determine whether a product qualifies for warranty coverage.
• The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
